1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokPrompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TokPrompt provides an AI-powered image generation platform. Users input text prompts and optionally reference images to generate AI-created visual content using third-party AI models.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the prompts, text, and reference images they submit to the Service. You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates any applicable laws
• Generate, request, upload, or attempt to create NSFW content, sexually explicit content, adult content, pornographic content, nudity intended for sexual arousal, sexual services, fetish content, or sexualized depictions of any person
• Generate or attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, or content that exploits, harasses, or sexualizes any person without consent
• Submit infringing or unauthorized copyrighted material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate content without authorization

TokPrompt uses automated content moderation on prompt-based generation requests. Prompts that are denied or flagged by our moderation systems may be blocked, and accounts that attempt to bypass these safeguards may be suspended or terminated.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

TokPrompt does not guarantee specific artistic styles, quality, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs. AI models are inherently stochastic — results may vary significantly even with identical prompts. The Service provides tools, not artistic outcomes.

5. Credits & Purchases

• Each image generation consumes 5 credits from your account balance
• Credits purchased through any pack are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Prices are subject to change, but purchased credits retain their value

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital generated assets, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days for credit compensation. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated images created through our Service
• Users retain any rights they may have to the content they generate
• Prompts submitted to our public library are shared under the terms specified at submission
• TokPrompt name, logo, and brand assets are our proprietary intellectual property

8. Limitation of Liability

TokPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of credits, data, or generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
